Unexpected delights in Durand
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles from the staff. The complimentary snacks at check-in were a delightful surprise, and the room was exceptionally quiet, which made for a restful night. The cleanliness of the hotel, paired with friendly service, truly enhanced our experience. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, with an impressive mix that kept us satisfied before heading out to explore.
However, we did face a minor inconvenience as the absence of an elevator made lugging our bags upstairs a bit of a challenge. While the hotel was impeccably clean and comfortable, the limited dining options nearby meant we had to get a bit creative for meals. Though it wasn't a major issue, it did require some effort on our part.

Inconsistent Wi-Fi performance!!! The lack of an elevator for second-floor rooms is quite inconvenient, especially for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues!!! Nearby dining options are disappointingly limited, forcing travelers to search elsewhere!!!

Unexpected comforts in a small town
From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The cozy lobby and well-maintained property set the tone for our stay. Breakfast was a delightful mix of hot and cold options, exceeded my expectations for a smaller hotel. The cleanliness and comfort of the King Room made our nights peaceful and restful. Plus, the added bonus of a coin-operated laundry facility came in handy during our travels. I especially cherished the serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
However, we did notice the absence of an elevator, which could pose a challenge for guests with mobility concerns. While it didn't significantly impact our stay, hauling luggage up the stairs was a bit of a workout. Also, the nearby dining options felt limited, which might require some searching for variety in meals.

The King Room was super clean and comfy! The bed had lots of pillows, making it easy to get good sleep. I was surprised how quiet it was despite being near a main road. But the toilet was a big hassle. Had to lift the chain every time I flushed, which was really annoying. Really hope they fix that!
